We are looking for a qualified and experienced customer service / sales professional to work as our new Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative. Your primary duties will include generating customer orders / invoices, estimates answering customer phone calls / emails, working with vendors / suppliers to complete projects, ordering products / supplies, soliciting new business and supporting team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must have an extensive in-depth experience using PRINTSMITH VISION, Minimum of 2 years expected. 
  • Promotional Products and Tradeshow Sales experience.  SAGE or ASI aware.
  • End to End project management for  print/Signs or marketing related sale activity.  
  • Customer interaction and follow-up, responsible for growing sales of customers and working with the sales team to develop / acquire new business opportunities.
  • End to end project management for each sales job.
  • Represent the business center in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Display and demonstrate product knowledge, emphasizing value-added features.
  • Provide accurate estimates for customers and follow up accordingly.
  • Exhibits deep knowledge of the print and signs industry. Full understanding of all areas and functions performed within the business center. (On the job training available). 
  • Attend sales meetings and maintain daily communication with management.
  • Manage/route center incoming emails/phone calls.
  • Coordination between customers and production personnel
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Print/Signs industry Sales or customer service experience.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Google docs, Google Sheet, Microsoft Office as well as project management, spreadsheet and word processing software for PC’s.
  • Print Smith Vision or similar software. On the job online training on Print Smith Vision is a
Preferred Skills and Abilities:

  • .Demonstrated sales and printing industry skills. 
  • Ability to multi-task several projects at one time and meet aggressive timelines.
Software: 

  • Google Sheet/Doc, Word and Excel experience needed.
  • Knowledge of Sage, ASI, Print Speak and WMS is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of XMPie UStore preferred but not mandatory
